Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered from the same household address, device, IP address, payment method, or under the same name — are strictly prohibited. owz365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate balances where duplicate registration is detected.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your owz365 Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. owz365 may require documentary verification of registration details at any time and may suspend an Account pending satisfactory verification.
Accounts on owz365 are for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not open or operate an Account on behalf of a third party, allow any other person to access or use your Account, or engage in any form of professional or commercial gambling activity through the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your owz365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. owz365 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. All activity carried out using your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify owz365 by contacting support at [email protected] as soon as possible. owz365 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account pending a security review.
You may request closure of your owz365 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. owz365 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. The fee will not reduce the Account Balance below zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant Account should contact support.
owz365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa / Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. owz365 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.
The minimum single deposit on owz365 is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on the payment method used. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their Account settings. Deposits are credited to the Account Balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on owz365 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). owz365 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your responsibility.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by owz365 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified; uncompleted wagering at expiry will result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being removed from the Account.
owz365 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes (but is not limited to): registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, using bonus funds in a manner that exploits statistical anomalies, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided, and may be subject to Account suspension or permanent closure.
Where owz365 issues a no-deposit bonus or free credit, such offers are for entertainment purposes and are subject to the highest tier of wagering requirements. Winnings derived from no-deposit bonuses are capped at the maximum cashout amount specified in the relevant promotion terms.
All sports bets placed on owz365 — including cricket outrights, football, kabaddi, virtual sports, and any other market — are subject to the specific rules for that sport and market type as published on the Platform. Bets are final once confirmed. owz365 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or events that are subject to force majeure cancellation.
